Ruby Zinger Smoothie
This smoothie is the perfect healthy start to the weekend ahead. Beetroot and ruby chard provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification support.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender (Vitamix if you have one).
- 1 banana
- Ruby Chard - 1 handful
- 1 apple - diced
- 1 beetroot (small) - we used 2 baby beets from the garden
- Half a lime (without rind)
- Splash of apple juice
- 1 small nugget of fresh garlic (without rind)
