Kale, Beets and Exotics Smoothie


We love coming up with blends, playing with ingredients until something tastes really good. This is a gorgeous juice combining lots of powerful fruit and veg. A smoothie is a good way to get ginger root into your diet. Ginger is extremely beneficial for health, providing anti-viral and anti-inflammatory support. As with any of our recipes, super foods are completely optional.


Kale - a good handful or very roughly 50% of blender
Small beetroot
Chunk of ginger peeled
1 banana
1 passion fruit
Half a lime, rind peeled off or just the juice

Optional superfoods:
Chia seeds
Wheatgrass powder



Stick everything into the blender and blitz.
